We had a fantastic family holidays last week-end in the hotel Jicin. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. GREAT restaurant! I felt like in a heaven without any exaggeration. We have spent lots of money there and it was well worth it. I am planning another visit in autumn again :-)

Superb, professional and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us when my husband had a ulcerated cornea and needed to see an eye specialist in Jicin then transfer to eye hospital in Hradec kralove 50km awa. Jan on reception rang his own doctor and emailed her to help us. She saw us next day 0800 we transferred to hospital and then immediate Flight to U.K. The reception staff were fantastic. We have never experienced customer service one this in the UK. We ate in the hotel restaurant and can highly recommend garlic soup, mum's beef, president Klaus duck and the Viennese pork. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. We will be back.
