Kasr Fakhreddine is not only the best Lebanese restaurant in Broummana, but across Lebanon.. perfectionism in every way from the food to the ambiance to the service and not to mention the continuously evolving decor of flowers. It has been around for many years and has served countless generations. To many years of impeccable service and unbeatable taste!

Went there with my family for lunch on sunday. The atmosphere is really great with a great mountain view. We ordered lebanese mezza and bbq. They have the best makanek everrrr not to be missed! All the food was delicious. Recommended

Elegant restaurant with excellent food. We ordered a full “Meza” with a mixes grill and were impressed by the authenticity of the dishes. Good to see a high end Lebanese restaurant serving food the way it’s supposed to be served. Service was very good as well.
Great place has the best view in the house you gotta love a meal with a view the guys who work there are really nice and friendly and fast the food was really good i recommend the wara2 3arish but the grilled food were good too all in all a great place to go with the family

An.impressive place in the heart of broumanna. The view is amazing and the garden is very refreshing. Food was very delicious and the service is excellent. The prices are not very reasonable.

An authentic Lebanese experience, the setring is a castle hanging on a valley with its beautiful view and vintage like decorations. The place itself is magical, the service is extraordinary no matter how crowded the place gets, they treat you with so much hospitality and attentiveness.
Other than that the food is just great, feels like home. You can literally sense the cleanliness in every item. We lived the grills and I was too busy eating to take photos, but my main pleasure was the Wara2 3enab!

The mezza was soo good, especially the aasafir maa debs remmen, our favourites!
Tabboule, r2a2at, hummus, fries... All tasted soo good.
The plates are so generous and good for sharing.

The place was so crowded on holiday but the service was so fast!
An old man walks around serving coffee with traditional clothes and turkish hot coffee pot. So beautiful!
No fruits were served on the table after the food as usual but this is excused for the loads of people in the place at that time.

This place is a favorite for my family. When I suggest we go there, the three generations agree without any hesitation. The children enjoy playing with the swings. The adults love the food and the view. I like it best when we visit midweek so we get a table with a scenec view. Although during crowded weekends the food is as excellent. The staff is friendly, clean, and eager to please. My favorite food there are makanek and sujouk. But even if I am on a diet I find what is delicious and satisfying. A variety of fresh salads, perfectly grilled shish taouk, and a spoon of hummus make my day. Fried foods are made with clean oil so the fried potatoes and cheese rolls are exquisite. Things I would improve are the provencal chicken wings and shrimps. Another thing that could be improved is kebbeh nayyeh. I remember they used to do it better in the old days.
I recommend that place to everyone who visits Lebanon from abroad. Good food, nice view, lovely plants, good hospitality, an overall experience that should not be missed.

Ive been to kasr fakhreddine a week ago with my family we were a group of 17 ordered plenty of appetizers and for the main course we had mashewe and farrouj...
the food was tasty. Loved everything we tried except for the fattoush it could have been better. The farrouj is really yummy and juicy the kids loved it. Makanek were great.
The view is breathtaking. The kids area is good enough all the kids were happy.
Overall i loved it and will be visiting soon again.
Kasr Fakhredinne is a very class restaurant beyond any shadow of doubt, and their dishes are amazing. One thing that caught my eye is the food prices, no wonder why they haven't added the prices in zomato's menu section!
The location of this place is marvellous. We had a lot of dishes and they were all extremely tasty. The meat and kafta bbq was very unique and super delicious. A special dish we enjoyed was the batrach. Another one was the chicken liver with pomegranate molasses. I would say all the dishes were really special. The staff were extremely nice.
The place has a beautiful interior design and an amazing view ! The waiters are so friendly and serve you in a really fast way. The food has a great taste and the Turkish coffee given complementary to people is a nice gesture. Yet, I believe that it is a little overpriced compared to the portions. It is a must to try Kaser Fakhreddine !

Very nice location with a very nice view. The place is a bit overcrowded on sundays but that’s the case of all arabic restaurants on sundays.
Positive points:
➡️We were seated in less than 15 min even though we did not have a reservation, and we had to wait in a nice saloon instead of standing in the restaurant.
➡️Service is very fast and waiters very friendly and efficient.
➡️Food is good, clean and well presented. Makanek are not to be missed and kevhek sambousik very good.
➡️Portions are generous.
Negative points:
➡️Service is so fast that they get you cold and hot dishes in the same time, you don’t have the time to savor everything at the right temperature.
➡️ Food is good but lacks something. Fattouch and hummus were average, we ate it all but they lack taste and seasoning.
Chanklish was disappointing, I don t recommend it at all.
Meat sambousik were tasty but still watery in the inside from defrosting probably.
➡️The place is so crowded that if the table next to you is smoking chicha, you will have it in your face all the time, for non smoking persons it’s annoying.
➡️We had to wait a long time to get the bill, we asked for it 3 times then we had to wait another long time to get the machine to pay by card.
I do recommend this place, it’s not the best place but it’s one of the good ones. A bit overpriced but overall you won’t be disappointed.
Great place to chill with a nature view. The waiters are very friendly and the food arrived hot and was very tasty. The portions are big however overall the restaurant is a bit expensive. Make sure to try their shish taouk it was yummy
Kasr fakhreddine is a nice restaurant with authentic taste of grill . They have a variety in their menu . The view is astonishing . The food is good but honestly i didn’t like the fattoush it lacks from salt and sauce.. its a little expensive btw for grill. The waiters are very welcoming. The manager is very professional and cares about the satisfaction of the customers.
I recommend this one if you want to experience an authentic arabic taste of food.

A nice lebanese restaurant located in Bremenna. We reserved for Easter Lunch and instead of doing a det menu and paying for food you will not eat they simply do it a “la carte”.
We sat inside because the terrace is not yet ready.
The food is simply amazing. We enjoyed every dish we ordered. The plates are very generous.
fattouch, cheese rolls, labneh vines, chicken wings, and nayyeh are the top of everything !
It was nice because they distributed eggs on each table.
Little inconvenient; it was too noisy and we were very close to others tables (i guess for them to be albe to reach maximum number of seats)
The Palace of Fakhredinne, serves Lebanese cuisine. Other than the great view, At “Kasr Fakherddine” you can expect to enjoy the Lebanese mezzes and grilled meats in addition to all lebanese food.
The food was tasty, the service was great and the most important thing... staff members are super friendly.
But some of the “on the house” mezzes were old and not fresh. Other than that... everything was great.

A nice restaurant for a weekend hangout outside beirut, the view is soo amazing! The food is good, we ordered abawet which were sooo yummy! I recommend the abawet, all appetizers were good especially the kebbe nayye, but i didnt like the fries.
As for the desserts, the kashta and 3asal was yummy! And the mhalbiye also!

Very delicious and tasty food! The staff are not that friendly and cool they are rude somehow! The view and ambiance are amazing ! But the prices are too high concerning the food portions!
Good atmosphere & setting, good & friendly professional service, nice place which has some great views depending on the seating... the food is satisfactory (the kebbeh is great appetizers are not bad & mashewi are good) and portions are good, still kinda overpriced overall, but definitely a place to visit as a group (or family) or date if in brummana or nearby...
Yesterday it was my first visit as for a change, what I like about this place is the view and the place itself, the service is great and smothe the ambiance is so relaxing but it was a bit overpriced. I nightly recommend.
Good for Sunday and family gatherings. Always full and crowded. The food is good, used to be better. Portions are okay and the menu variety is good, but is very sad and disappointing that a lot of items mentioned on the menu are not available especially on Sunday.

Spacious Lebanese restaurant with an indoor and an outdoor seating area, the place looks like a castle from outside as it helps you feel the king's treatment. valet service is provided and a kids playground as well.
We ordered a variety of mezza (Cold and hot) that wasn't bad at all, our favorite was the fwerigh and the 3asafir with debs l remman. The chanklish was tasty as well.
A raw meat platter was served (nicely presented) and tasted fresh and the quality of the meat was 10/10.
Our experience at Kasr Fakhredine was good and we'd come back again for family reunions for sure, prices were fair and the service was really good.

Lets face it, this place deserve a 5, and here's why:
Service is very good, i was sitting and the very end of the place in a corner and i was noticed as if i was sitting in the middle of the restaurant.
They guy who was serving us, a big and tall guy, i dont know his name: he was friendly, clean, professional and he seemed like he LOVED serving us the food, what a nice vibe.
The food is absolutely succulent and it deserves every penny paid for. The presentation was nice too. The mashewe and the mezza are very delicious! Even the nayyé was super fresh and ughhhh what can i say, i think this is my favorite lebanese restaurant!
