These guys roll the best chimney cakes. Warm and fresh always. It is located near the Charles bridges and has no seating option available. It’s always crowded with tourists and has a long queue.

Good Food, Coffee and Bakery is having an advantage located in the heart of the old centre of Prague. This cute small bakery is attracking many tourist to try the products.
Using the recipe of more than 100 years old and adapt it to this centuries to meet the taste of the modern world.
I like this famous cone, and the way they prepare it using the traditional way. The famous cone is made in the chimney filled with homemade ice cream (gelato), topped with strawnerries, whipped cream and other delicasies.

I tried one of Good Food's gorgeous chimney cakes - specifically the pistachio with chocolate ice cream (though any of them looked so worth the super reasonable prices). It's a pretty small place on a pretty bustling street, so don't count on getting a seat inside. You can, though, sit on the cozy bench outside and people watch. Honestly, it's a perfect activity.
When you google ‘best trdelnik in Prag’ , this place comes the first and it really deserves that reputation. We ate trdelnik with ice cream, salted caramel sauce and brownie, it was called the chimney king and it was really delicious. It cost 170 corunas.
Primeiro e único trdnelník que provei, e fiquei mega fã! Existem várias combinações possíveis. Optei pelo menú king, que vinha recheado com gelado de baunilha, brownie, caramelo salgado e nozes. Era delicioso! Ótima localização - na rua principal para a Ponte Carlos. Preços um pouco avultados (cerca de 6 - 7€), mas que compensam.
Ive traveled to many countries, and tried many sweets and deserts, but nothing on earth beats the Trdelník served in this place.

This was the place I had noted the name of based on some local food information for Prague and i walked across it recognizing it as it was very close to Charles Bridge. I had an awesome time here, having the trdelnik pastry (chimney cake)- these are the best in Prague, and out of that the best one is in here. Try it with chocolate, or plain. I also loved their hot chocolate, which was sipping plain hot chocolate and nothing else, the purest I have had ever.
After a great meal we had to stop by for a little dessert, the Paris chimney is something amazing, and you should try it when going to the Charles bridge
Podnik, ve kterém mají trdelníky nejen ve sladké verzi, ale rovněž i ve slané. Měla jsem zde možnost ochutnat trdelník s lesními plody a šlehačkou, který byl moc dobrý. A můžete si zde dát například pizzu, štrúdl nebo jiné dobroty. A i když by se někomu mohla zdát cena vyšší, tak vzhledem k velikosti porce mi to přijde tak akorát.
Once I reached Prague, I went directly to Good Food as my food bloggers friends recommended it to me.
And I reconfirm that it is a Must to try the Chimney Cone with ice cream.
I was surprised to find that there was fresh strawberry at the end of the cone.
I didn't find it heavy and I would have easily eaten another one 😉
All the hype is about this place. So, while on vacation I passed by here to try their famous donut cones. I must say it was delicious. If you have a severe sweet tooth, I would recommend you come here!
The aroma of the tredlniks (a traditional Czech dessert) will draw you like a magnet. We tried the tredlnik with chocolate and ice cream. The pastry was nice but the ice cream and chocolate too sweet. Overall the experience was good for trying something traditional but I would perhaps choose another restaurant/ food truck if I were to eat this dessert again.

I visited this bakery while in Prague a few weeks back. Thanks to my friend S for suggesting this place to me. The bakery is well known for its Chimney shaped dessert cones.
I ordered a Chimney dessert with ice cream, strawberries and chocolate. The dessert is delicious with the cone being sugar coated and adding a bit more sweetness to it. No doubt it is very heavy but it is good for one. The ice cream is yummy and the strawberries fresh.
Glad they have spoons to eat the ice cream before you start digging into the strawberries and chocolate.
Definitely a good place to stop by if you love desserts.
Went specifically looking for this place. We knew we wanted to come to Good Food even before we entered Prague and it didn't disappoint. A long but fast moving line ensured efficiency and looking at people grabbing a funnel cone filled with ice cream or Nutella or anything for that matter made me want it sooner. Finally, we placed our order and stepped out. After taking customary pictures we buried our faces and looked up smiling.

Do not leave Prague without trying this place out! You've probably already seen pictures of the famous Trdelnik online. Trust me, it tastes every bit as delicious as it looks.
The funnel bread is fresh and the Nutella ice cream combo is poured generously. You won't regret it.
Do not return from a trip to Prague without a visit to the Good Food bakery!!!! In my 3 days in Prague I have been to this eatery 5 times.
They serve chimneys spirals ( wood-fire oven baked bread rolls) filled with chocolate/ fresh strawberrys / whipped cream or my favourite ice cream!
For breakfast you can try the same with mozzarella and tomatoes or coated with cheese and olives.
Trust me... You do not want to miss this.
Find it in one of the by lanes around old town square.
There normally is a queue going all the way to the street but the wait is worth it.

Báječná záležitost v srdci Prahy. Na jejich vyhlášený trdelník si sice vystojíte poctivou frontu, ale stojí to zato. Porce je víc než dostačujícící a jejich další varianty trdelníku, jako je trdlo plněné zeleninkou, štrůdl nebo pizza verze či další dobrůtky z jejich pekárny rozhodně dorazím ješte ochutnat!
Good Food coffee and bakery was an absolute gem of a café. We stumbled across it while on our way to the old town square.
This little cafe is the origin of the beautiful chimney chocolate stuffed doughnut that made its way around the Internet. They have amazing combinations of these filled chimney style doughnuts including Apple strudel and strawberries and chocolate! Yum!!!! They also have an amazing breakfast one which had ham, cheese, tomato and rucola. This was probably one of the best on the go breakfasts I've ever had
Another special mention must be made of their hot chocolate. It's the best in the world. Doesn't matter where I go, I have never been able to find another one that can compete with the rich, thick, intense hot chocolate I enjoyed at Good Food.

Zkusila jsem už pár druhů, od normálního až po zmrzlinu a musím říct, že jen samo o sobě je už těsto výborné. Ve zmrzlině můžete cítit bohatost ve smetanové chuti s příchutí vanilky. Velké plus je také to že Trdelníky jsou veliké a jsou za stejnou cenu jako ty ve stáncích kde prodávají menší velikost. Určitě moc doporučuji.

Ever since the "donut ice cream cone" broke the internet the past weekend, I happened to make it a mission to check this place out after work. You have to keep in mind that it is still winter (where are you spring?!) but I was determined to try it anyway. Good Food is located very near Charles Bridge which is a prime location due to the number of tourists and locals that walk by everyday. I got there in the early evening and not to my surprise, there was a line. Turns out you can not only get "trdelník" with soft ice cream, but with strawberries and cream, chocolate.. They even have a pizza version too. I opted for chocolate with soft ice cream - which I have to admit might be better for a warmer season.. But it was still quite alright. I think the whole idea was a bit over hyped though.. And I maybe should have gone with chocolate and strawberries instead.. Or even just the regular trdlo (which is just as delicious the way it is :)). Nevertheless if you are in the area, or craving for something sweet or a light snack, check this place out. If you are a local or are price sensitive, this wouldn't be a first choice recommendation.
On our way to Charles bridge I saw quite some crowd at this tiny place with people having something similar to ice cream but much more tempting. And so we had to stop by :)
Upon asking the lady at the counter I came to know it's their traditional local Czech sweet called trdelnik.. Type of a sweet bread with icing on top served fresh hot or cold. These guys were giving a variation of it with some fillings and cream. Chocolate and nuts, strawberry and cream or you can customize it as well. I went for strawberries and cream which reminded of mapro garden strawberries and cream back in my home country. Delicious to the core with a twist of chocolate at the end. Couldn't stop savouring it.
This ones my strong recommendation to everyone visiting Prague!
A new kind of bread twisted into a sweet cone and tastes like flaky donuts. You can have it in the original way or with chocolate and nuts or you can fill the cone with icecream and strawberries or cream and strawberries. In every way ... It will taste delicious. A must try if you are in Prague
