Príjemne posedenie, výbroné jedlo. Obsluha bola fajn a reštaurácia pôsobila veľmi dobrým štýlom. Rád sa sem vrátim aj nabudúce, bufetová firma obedu je zaujímavá a výhodná.
The hotel I stayed in had this as a recommended restaurant in Prague. I didn't want to visit until I passed by the place, which is a lovely homelike restaurant with an amazing ambience and a real fire place!
Although a little small, the seats were comfortable. The menu has around 10 main courses, but since I don't eat pork, there were 6 or 7 dishes between chicken, duck, and beef/veal. I ordered the following:
Soup of the day: goulash soup.
Main course: Veal steak
Desert: profiteroles with hot forest fruits.
My favourite dish was the soup. It was one of the best soups I've ever had in my entire life! The beef cubes and potato were done to perfection. The seasoning was out of this world.
The desert was good but not the best. As for the steak, I don't usually specify how I want my stake when I order because I leave it to the chefs discretion unless asked then I like it medium. The steak was kind of rare which I didn't mind. But what I didn't like was the amount of blood it had. You can see from the picture. It tasted good but the blood wasn't appetizing. Also: the steak is served with fresh spinach only, which to me made the dish a little dry.
Anyway overall experience is good. If you don't want to goto the famous loud music and bar like restaurants in Prague, this is a great choice.
