I give this recommendation reluctantly.... I really do not want other to discover the excellent service and amazing food that this bistro offers. I do recommend going all out, but even if it’s just coffee and cake, you can’t go wrong. Cheers!

Skvela restaurace od obsluhy, ktera skutecne obsluhuje, je mila a neustale pripravena dolit vino, donest vodu, poradit...jednoduchy moderni intrier a jidlo je maximalni zazitek. ano, ceny sou vyssi, ale sme v centru a tady je to skutecne kvalita, takze bez vyhrad.
Proste ne! Chtit nesmyslne ceny za jidlo a piti, pricemz dostanete male porce prumerneho jidla nestoji za lepsi hodnoceni. Interier navic pusobi tmave a ponure, obsluha s nosikem nahoru. Proste nevim, proc sem chodit ...
A great place for any time of the day - breakfast, lunch, a quick snack, or dinner. I opted for a light meal for my first visit here - seaweed salad with papaya and peanuts, a strawberry and blueberry tart (my fave!). A friend ordered the assortment of hams and cheese - which was very tasty as well. Overall, a well satisfied visit.. Will definitely come back to try their homemade pasta or seafood dishes :)

Trendy Italian eatery & bar serving the finest wines, cocktails and charcuterie with the best Italian food. Outstanding quality and freshness of ingredients and home made pastas!
For entrée we sampled the ravioli in chicken broth- the ravioli pasta was cooked Al-dente and the cushions were hand made & extra tiny, the broth was so thin, refreshing and healing with a dash of grassy green olive oil sprinkled on the surface for an extra zing.
For mains- the confit lamb shank, this came boneless on a bed of puréed veggies & glazed shallots- the meat was tender & juicy balanced with the light sweet acidity of the shallots. The shrimp agnolotti pasta with blanched zucchini & Ginger foam was cooked Al- dente, the pasta dough was thin, fresh & delicate, the shrimp fillings were fresh, slightly chunky & juicy, the foam was citrusy to uplift the shrimp flavor- the pasta was a pleasure to devour!

Stavili jsme se sem na čtvrteční posezení. Interiér je příjemný, ani uvnitř nebylo tolik cizinců jak jsem si myslel, spíš Češi. Předkrm variace salátů, které si vyberete z pultu spolecne s nakrájenou dušenou šunku ci sýry je skvělý koncept. Proste na co máte chuť, to si dáte.
Jak hlavni jsem si dal specialitu dne hovězí pupek se spenatem a pyre, moje polovička si dal chobotničku s fazolkami. Bylo to opravdu skvělé. Jako zákusek karamelový dortík. Ten byl pecka.
Za dva jsme tam nechali 1800,-, ale kvalita a servis byl skvělý a hlavně jsem se cítil dobře.
Pro návštěvu Bistroteky jsem si vybrala páteční večer a mile mě překvapilo, že se pro mě i v tuto hodinu našlo volné místo.
Cíleně jsem se sem vypravila na jejich podzimní dýňovou polévku, která byla dokonalá.
Velmi spokojená jsem byla i s příjemným personálem, který se zajímá, usmívá a zároveň se i vyzná. Potěšila mě i karafa vody, kterou jsem bez vyžádání dostala.
Interiér Bistrotéky je zajímavý, tlumené osvětlení, svíčky a krásná kachličková mozaika na zdech. Zároveň je prostor prosvětlený velkými skleněnými okny, takže si zde dokážu představit i příjemná rána.
Oceňuji i skvělou polohu podniku přímo v centru a moc milou a přátelskou atmosféru, která tu o pátečním večeru byla.
Jediné minus jsou dle mého názoru ceny, které jsou zde opravdu vyšší. Časté návštěvy by se vám tu opravdu prodražily.
This place is FANCY. It's very attractive inside and the sweets behind the glass cases look delicious. I tried one of them and it was excellent. Just the right amount of sweetness to not be overpowering. The staff was super friendly and they gave me sugar infused coffee cream with my Americano. I won't lie, I didn't know what it was and I was eating it with a spoon until I was informed that it was for the coffee. I will definitely be back to try the jidlo in this excellent bistro!
Very nice restaurant . Great choice of vines and cheese with prossutto. Very good and tasty lamb meat. Stuff are very friendly and polite :)
Small bistro type of restaurant with great location, big windows and open space with shields full of goodies makes this place to look lively, like an open market. During my stay I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff working the whole time even when there were only 2 tables at one time. All the exterior windows washed, all shelves, kitchen and bar. This is nice to see that the electricity of he people working is good, then when gets busy they have everything ready and clean! Spot on!
The food, awesome combinations, beetroot with orange, artichoke with rucola salad, and very very good hummus.
The coffee is among the best in old town, definitely.. Together with the hard working staff this is a great and pleasant place to visit not only on weekends.
