Informal but well appointed place in a great location for a tour of the nation's culinary best-of, with some international incursions for variety. Sometimes you need a break from all that meat. Not for me, though: I had the duck and it was amazingly tender and tasty. Also tried the grilled Hermelín - could have eaten the whole thing but sadly had to share. The beer was on point as usual - this is Prague after all, and to continue the Czech overload, some Slivovice for dessert. Could see myself coming back often if only I didn't live a "short" three-hours flight away. Oh well...
Kozlovna, která je díky své poloze cílená spíše na turisty. Tomu odpovídají i ceny jídel. Kvalita jídla je ovšem dobrá a není moc co vytknout. Obsluha by se měla více snažit. V pivnici by se na pivo čekat nemělo..
Delicious food, great ambiance and service! The meat is juicy and tasty. We had soup as a starter, and two main dishes, duck confit and pork meat!
The dessert is great too!
The restaurant is at the center and surrounded by shops and a big mall!
Mám prostě rád Kozlovny, u Paukerta jsem doposud nebyl a rozhodně nezklamal. Krasný, čistý prostor ve dřevě, čistý mimo jiné proto, že je nekuřácký. Točená 11 je exklusivní, mě naprosto sedí. Jenom lidi nemějte ten hloupý nápad jako já, dát si burger. Burger se dnes snaží dělat kde kdo, ale opravdu dobře ho umí málokdo. V Kozlovně zkuste raději něco českého, tradičního.
The ribeye steak is fabulous! Also the grilled vegetable is yummy. The only flaw is the service. The waitress only pay attention on males customers, not friendly to single female.
The environment is bright and tidy, overall: recommend!
Navštívila jsem Kozlovnu s kamarádem ze zahraničí, aby ochutnal českou kuchyni jinak, nez v profláklých turistických restauracích. Byla to dobrá volba. Jidlo bylo moc dobré, porce pořádné a obsluha milá. Sice trochu popletli objednávku, ale to jim odpouštím a určitě sem ještě zavítám.
OMG .... the pork ribs were amazing, the meat was soft and had a perfect taste. MANY BEER choices, pasta were also very good, my wife said so but I had a taste too.
Meanwhile I saw others plates and they were amazing, I'm guessing also perfect taste. Prices were perfect. Beer very good and cheap.
This Kozlovna is fairly newly opened and probably one of the better ones. I had the pork ribs and tried their burger.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the burger, you could really taste that they have good beef. The ribs were okay, nothing particularly notable about them. I would just add that they could have been a little more tender and less dry.
On the others hand I highly recommend trying their unfiltered Kozel! That was some really good beer!
The service was friendly and I quite liked their interior.
Krásná, čistá, nová a prostorná nekuřácká restaurace na Národní. Byla jsem zde na poledním menu a moc jsem si pochutnala. Jídlo bylo vynikající, obsluha velmi příjemná a slušná. Cítila jsem se tady moc dobře. Ceny za polední menu jsou vzhledem k lokalitě více než příznivé. Určitě se sem ještě někdy vydám.
Navštívil jsem tuto restauraci minulý pátek.. Jako předkrm jsem jsi objednal škvarkovou pomazánku, hlavní jídlo jsem zvolil hamburger a ten byl skvělý. Doporučuji navštívit
